This notice sets out the Terms And Conditions that Strength Cards has in place.

In placing an order for any of the items on our website, you are agreeing to the Terms And Conditions that are stated below.  If you would like to discuss our Terms And Conditions, please contact us via email at contact@strengthcards.co.uk prior to submitting your order.

Total liability for any claim against Strength Cards, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Strength Cards to the customer.

All product prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and are not subject to VAT.  They are exclusive of postage and packing charges.  Strength Cards will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website.  Strength Cards reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Products which are purchased via this website will be processed by PayPal as indicated prior to purchase.  At the point of an online purchase, the customer will be directed to a new window in their browser and PayPal will complete the transaction.  The customer's credit or debit card will then be charged by Strength Cards  prior to the goods being despatched.  

Any discount offers are set and honoured only by Strength Cards.

A contract between 'us', Strength Cards, and 'you', the customer, for the supply of products by Strength Cards to the customer comes into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched.  All orders are subject to availability.  We have taken every effort to ensure that the description and specifications of all our products are correct, though slight variations may occur to which we will endeavour to alert you prior to despatch.

Refunds

In the case of an item with a fault or as a result of postal damage, we are happy to refund any item upon its return to us, strictly within 14 days of purchase.  We will assume postage and packing costs for any postal return that we request, and return the original cost of the goods and the postage and packing via the same method as paid to us.

Payment terms

All BACS orders are strictly payment on recipt of invoice, goods will only be dispatched within 5 days of payment being recieved.

Any orders invoiced should be paid on receipt or within 14 days or by date specified on invoice, Strength cards reserves the right to charge 8% interest on late/ overdue payments.

Cushion Competition terms and conditons

By adding your media to the gallery or by emailing it to us, you are giving consent for the image to be shared on the web site and social media platforms, 

Competition ends September 19th 2023, a winner will be drawn at random and advised by midnight September 21st 2022.

By submitting an image you are herby giving consent for the image to be retained by Strength cards after the competition ends and permission for it to used in further social media posts and website content.

The winner will be given a choice of a cushion as a prize, this will be posted out by September 28th to the winner, there is no cash alternative. 

Competition open to uk based customers who have purchased one or more of our cushions only.
